Black upcycled cashmere sweater cut with taffeta silk blend fabric for bottom of dress fully lined with an embroidered table cover. Upcycled men’s silk ties. Jacket made by cutting strips of ties and fabric scraps tied into a “yarn” the woven on a makeshift “potholder” type loom made from nails and a wood base. Each square was then woven by hand together to make the jacket. Pants are made from the same batch of cut tie pieces and sewn together as a large piece of fabric then cut for pants.
This video shows a purse upcycled from pool inflatables, using a patchwork technique and creating panels for stability. A chunky zipper and chain add contrast and functionality to this purse. The punctured pool inflatable was a spaceship in bright design, an orange swim ring and bubble plastic as stabiliser. The process is collecting, cleaning, making a pattern, cutting. Sewing with PVC is pretty unforgiving as each stitch creates a hole hence all has to be done right from the start!
Hello everyone! I’ve created a mommy-and-me pet collection made from denim pants. It features an array of patchwork fit for a fashion event or leisure time. I would love to know your thoughts!
Made from upcycled denim, upholstery scraps, and a reclaimed belt handle, this tote transforms leftover materials into something useful, sturdy, and full of character. I love giving worn and unexpected materials a new purpose, and this design brings them together in a way that feels both practical and beautiful. It reflects my love of texture, creativity, and making something special from what already exists.

Six months of patience, one needle, and a tribute to a legend. This 2Pac piece is entirely hand-stitched—no machines, just raw focus. I upcycled yellow-brown denim using a mix of reclaimed materials, layering different textures to capture Shakur’s spirit. Every patch was hand-cut and sewn to create this wearable mosaic. From the bandana to the "Keep Ya Head Up" lettering, it’s a labor of love and a commitment to sustainable art.

This XL Carhartt is 90 days of survival sewn into "broken" luxury. Created during a financial crisis in the Philippines, I spent three months of labor—resting only for Church—to provide for my family.Using "mahiwagang tiyaga," I hand-stitched salvaged Gucci materials into heavy denim. No machines; just three needles and an evolved running stitch. Every panel reflects calloused fingers and the hope that art sustains life. I didn’t just upcycle fabric; I transformed a struggle into a masterpiece
