Her work has received recognition through the Fairfax County Environmental Excellence Award and the Virginia Governor’s Environmental Excellence Award. With a background in advertising, communications, and public service, she combines business, education, and sustainability to create practical solutions that strengthen communities.

Founder of Rehumanize, a circular fashion and upcycling brand dedicated to repairing the relationship between humans and the planet through sustainable fashion. She holds a Master’s in Social Innovation from the University of San Diego’s Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies, where she explored how business, creativity, and social impact work together. Launched in January 2025, Rehumanize nearly sold out its inventory at its Los Angeles Climate Week debut in April 2025. She attended the United Nations Financing for Sustainable Development Conference in Sevilla, Spain, in June 2025 and has been invited to multiple United Nations Fashion & Lifestyle Network events. Her vision is to make upcycling and circular fashion the norm, not the exception.

With more than 15 years of experience across film, television, fashion, and costume, Jillian brings a hands-on perspective to keeping textiles in use and finding new possibilities for materials that might otherwise be discarded. Through Roboro, she helps brands, productions, and organizations turn textile waste into opportunities for repair, reuse, education, and circularity.
