The Story
Combine a men’s shirt and women’s skirt to make a fun flirty shirt. Collar is cut off, sleeves are shortened. Shirt is shortened and piece was used to make the ruffled collar. Women’s flowy skirt was used to create the ruffle bottom. #thriftflip
